URGENT ACTION NEEDED | JOIN OUR TEXT CAMPAIGN AND HELP STOP $880 BILLION IN PROPOSED MEDICAID CUTS

Dr. Robert Hertzka and I are currently on Capitol Hill to lobby key Members of Congress and oppose $880 BILLION in Medicaid cuts. SDCMS and CMA are part of an extensive and fierce effort to support Medicaid funding for patients and physicians but we need your immediate help!

Join the text campaign to voters in key congressional districts, urging them to contact their representatives. Your personal phone number will never be shared. Each message includes a simple link for voters to take action, amplifying your impact. All texts are pre–written and will be sent by you with a simple click! Create your account HERE.

Visit ‘Physicians for Medicaid’ to learn more and see other ways you can help. We are facing an existential threat to the Medicaid program and need all physicians to advocate to protect patients and providers from harm. There is also a portal for non–physicians to get involved so please share with your friends, family and patients.
